Arcawa expands plastic box range with new ACR Premium series
Arcawa has added the ACR Premium pallet box series to its product range, now available directly through the online shop. The series is designed for operations where hygiene, durability and dimensional flexibility are priorities — including food processing, pharmaceuticals and industrial storage.
ACR Premium boxes are built for repeated use in demanding environments: robust enough for heavy loads, easy to clean, and available in a range of dimensions to suit different racking and transport configurations.
Germany introduces CO2-linked lorry toll from December 2023
Germany is expanding its HGV toll system with two changes that will affect transport costs across the country and for any freight passing through it.
From 1 December 2023, a CO2 surcharge will be added to the existing lorry toll, directly linking haulage costs to emissions levels. From 1 July 2024, the toll will be extended to all vehicles with a technically permissible total mass above 3.5 tonnes using federal trunk roads — a significant broadening of the current scope.
These changes will affect transport costs whether you arrange your own haulage or Arcawa handles delivery on your behalf. We wanted to make customers aware ahead of the December implementation date.

Holiday closure: 25 December 2023 – 8 January 2024
Arcawa will be closed over the holiday period from 25 December 2023 through to and including 7 January 2024, reopening on 8 January. The last loading day before the break is 20 December. Orders placed during the closure will be processed from 8 January onwards.
We wish all our customers a relaxing holiday and a good start to the new year.
Arcawa adds CabCube sleevepack containers for non-palletizable loads
Arcawa has expanded its range with the CabCube system — a plastic sleevepack container designed for goods that cannot be palletized in conventional ways. The system consists of a base, sleeve and lid, and can be assembled or folded down in around 15 seconds, making it a practical choice for operations where return logistics and storage space are ongoing concerns.
The containers are built for repeated use: robust enough for demanding handling environments while remaining lightweight and easy to manage. Four footprint and height combinations are available, covering a range of load and racking configurations from 1,210 x 1,010 mm up to 1,610 x 1,208 mm in base dimensions.

Logimat 2023 in Stuttgart is already behind us again. The many face-to-face discussions mean a great added value for our company. Now available in the store: the conductive foldable pallet box (SSP Hibox ESD)
The foldable and stable SSP Hibox is now also available in electrically conductive and/or antistatic ESD material.
This large container is therefore ideal for storing and transporting sensitive electronic parts, components and systems, as they are protected from electrostatic discharge in the coated Smart Sleevepack. The surface resistance is between 10 to the power of 4 and 10 to the power of 8 ohms. In addition, the special coating offers special protection against dust and moisture thanks to the smooth, dirt-repellent surface.
